Tutorial: Working with Makeflow and Work Queue on XSEDE resources
Tutorial for XSEDE 16 Conference, XSEDE Workflows Workshop, July 18th, 2016.
This tutorial will provide a brief introduction to writing scalable applications using Makeflow and Work Queue, developed by the Cooperative Computing Lab at the University of Notre Dame. This session gives an overview of the software and applications, a tutorial in how to install and use the tools on XSEDE, and links for more information. Additionally, this tutorial will show you how to run jobs on Stampdede, Gordon, Comet, and Bridges.
